SOHARCH is a non-commercial, artistic project that transforms architectural spaces into soundscapes. All content, including music, samples, text, and visuals, is owned by SOHARCH unless otherwise credited.

Use of site content
You are welcome to explore and enjoy the materials on this site for personal, educational, or non-commercial use.
All content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

Sample library license
You are permitted to:
- create original, non-commercial music using the SOHARCH sample library
- submit music created with our samples to SOHARCH via the official upload form
- share your resulting music (with credit) on personal platforms such as SoundCloud or YouTube

You are not permitted to:
- sell, distribute, or repackage the sample pack
- use the samples for commercial music releases without written permission
- use the samples in plugins, NFTs, AI training, or machine learning
- claim the sample material as your own original creation

Submitting music to SOHARCH
When submitting music via our form, you confirm that:
- you are the original creator of the track
- the track uses SOHARCH samples as its primary source
- you are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian

By submitting, you retain full authorship of your work, while granting SOHARCH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- publish the track on the SOHARCH website and platforms
- use it in presentations, exhibitions, and digital communication
- promote the project with excerpts or teaser edits (with credit)

SOHARCH may:
- edit the track for length or structure for display purposes
- decline or remove content that doesn’t meet our criteria

Disclaimer of liability
SOHARCH is not responsible for:
- any legal issues arising from unauthorized use of submitted content
- any damage caused by reliance on site materials
- technical interruptions, data loss, or content misuse
- uou agree to use this site and all content at your own risk.
